Boy with crayon gun (2011) by Banksy.

In this artwork you can find a little boy standing up with a submachine gun. Around him, there are colorful flowers and butterflies. In a first sight, the color of the bullets calls your attention. They are not the metal bullets that we are used to.

The story behind this work is about a boy that is presumed to be a Vietnamese soldier who is renouncing to his childhood in order to fight for his life during the Vietnam war.

Banksy denounce the participation of children in this kind of conflict and he transmits this feeling through rainbow bullets.
