It is an installation created by light artist Bill FitzGibbons. He transformed a dark and underused 1931 underpass with a vibrant glowing LED art installation.

The project casts thousands of colors underneath the historic 18th Street viaduct near Railroad Park in downtown Birmingham, Alabama.

This installation is connected with thousands of LED lights, hooked up to a computerized system.

This system allows the artist to program from a range of 16 million different options varying speed and color to create different moods.
