#NovaY shows the view from the Top of the Rock Observatory, and it was created to express the diversity of New York City. The lighting is particularly remarkable on this piece of art. Take as an example the sun rising from behind of the Empire State Building, something physically impossible from this point of view. It means that light is coming from the South. Quite metaphoric nowadays.
